Our standard aftercare means you can contact us anytime within 12 months of receiving your new glasses if you need adjustments or repairs. If your glasses need minor repairs covered by the warranty, we'll arrange a convenient home visit or, in some cases, collect your glasses for repair and return them to you.

For extra protection, we offer a CarePlus membership for just £30. This covers:

Caring for Your Glasses
Follow these simple tips to keep your glasses in excellent condition between aftercare visits:
Cleaning
- Rinse glasses with lukewarm water before cleaning
- Use a lens cleaner or mild soap to clean
- Dry with a microfiber cloth, never paper towels or clothing
Storage & Handling
- Always store in a case when not wearing
- Remove glasses with both hands
- Avoid leaving glasses in hot cars or direct sunlight
When to Contact Us
- If frames feel loose or uncomfortable
- If lenses become scratched (especially if you have CarePlus)
- If any part becomes damaged or broken
Regular Check-ups
- Have your glasses adjusted every 6 months
- Schedule an eye exam every 1-2 years
- Contact us immediately if you notice vision changes
