This typically includes vision testing, eye health checks, and a discussion about any vision concerns you have. The test usually takes about 45 minutes.

Many people qualify for free NHS-funded eye tests, including people over 60, those with certain medical conditions, and recipients of specific benefits. When you book, we'll check your eligibility based on the current NHS criteria.

Most glasses are ready within 7-10 working days. Once ready, we'll arrange a convenient time to deliver and fit them for you.

All our glasses come with free aftercare for one year. If you need adjustments, repairs, or have any concerns, just contact us and we'll arrange a visit to help.
